Dave Hakkens
Dave Hakkens has a simple goal: to try to make the world better by making better things.
Following a couple of years of creative education at SintLucas in Boxtel, Dave graduated cum laude from the Design Academy in Eindhoven, Netherlands in 2013, and interned with Studio Gulglielmo Berchicci in Milan and with Dirk van der Kooij — “A guy with a really big 3D printer!” — in the Netherlands before establishing his own workshop.
Trained as an industrial designer, whether he’s designing videos, recycling machines or phones, as long as a creation might push the world in a better direction, Dave is engaged.
