Laura Guido-Clark
As a designer whose passion is to make the human response to products more meaningful through color, material, finish and pattern, Laura Guido-Clark has found a way to figure out what people really want and why – often before they even know it themselves. By researching and tracking changes on the social, political, economic and emotional fronts, she distills collective traces of consumer consciousness into insights about their needs and unfulfilled desires.
Her multi-disciplinary design studio works with companies like Kodak, HP, LG and Toyota, HBF, Pallas, FLOR and Uncommon, as well as start-ups across the automotive, consumer electronics, and home furnishings industries. A frequent speaker on design, Laura has also served as an expert design blogger for Fast Company magazine.
