Howard Belk
Howard Belk knows design, branding, and the power of simplicity.
As Co-CEO and Chief Creative Officer of Siegel+Gale—one of the largest and most respected strategic branding firms in the world—Howard has served scores of clients including SAP, United Technologies, Hewlett Packard, Motorola, Pfizer, CVS Health, ConocoPhillips, Aramco, Qatar Telecom and the Free Library of Philadelphia, helping them succeed by leveraging simplicity to activate customers and employees.
A prominent figure in the design industry, Howard has led global branding programs in virtually every sector and has received international recognition for his work. He’s frequently quoted by the media regarding branding and design issues, and has spoken at conferences on topics ranging from the influence of brand on talent to why people place higher value on simpler experiences.
Howard earned a bachelor of fine arts at Philadelphia’s University of the Arts (where he later served as a guest professor) and completed Omnicom’s Senior Management and Graduate Management Programs at Babson College in 2007. He’s a Trustee on the Board of University of the Arts and an outside director of apparel manufacturer Kahn Lucas Lancaster.
